Q: Where do your products ship from?
A: Our items are made-to-order and ship directly from our trusted print partners across the U.S. This setup helps us keep things custom, reduce waste, and bring our designs to life just for you.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most items ship within 2–7 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after that. Trust us, it's worth the wait—it’s like a little vacation in your mailbox.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Not at the moment. Because our products are made to order and ship directly from our print partners, we’re not able to offer rush shipping. We promise it’s worth the wait!

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow it from the printer to your porch.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: We wish we could hand-deliver every order with a seashell and a smile, but if your package goes missing, email us and we’ll do everything we can to help you out.

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: Since everything is made just for you, we typically don’t offer returns or exchanges. But if something shows up damaged or isn’t quite right, email us and we’ll make it right—pinky promise.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Not yet, but we love a good idea! Feel free to message us if you have something special in mind.

Q: Where do your designs come from?
A: Right from our sandy toes and salty soul! Each design is inspired by a mix of coastal charm, sassy vibes, and everyday feel-good moments.

Q: Will my items ship together?
A: Not always! Since we work with multiple print partners, your items may ship separately. That just means more happy mail days for you. 🎉

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: We move fast! Once your order is in production, we can’t make changes. If you just placed it and realized you picked the wrong thing, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the U.S. But who knows—one day we might be global (like a message in a bottle 🌊).

Q: Do you have gift options?
A: While we don’t offer gift wrapping just yet, everything ships without pricing info, so it’s easy to send good vibes straight to someone’s doorstep.
