At Coastalina, every item is made just for you - printed to order and shipped straight from our U.S.-based print partners. That means we don’t hold inventory, which helps us reduce waste and keep our designs fresh and custom. 🌊
Because of this, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for things like wrong size, change of heart, or “oops, didn’t mean to order that.” We hope you understand!
But hey - we’ve got your back.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, don’t stress. Just shoot us an email at coastalinashop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and include the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A short description of what went wrong
We’ll review your message and do our best to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund. Pinky promise. 🤝
A Few Things to Note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or misprinted.
- All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- We are not responsible for errors in address input at checkout, so please double-check before hitting that “place order” button!
- We do not offer refunds for delayed shipping unless an item is confirmed lost or undelivered.
